Things to do close to Dunsborough

Dunsborough is a sleepy coastal town nestled in the shores of Geographe Bay with a population that triples during Christmas and Easter school holidays – it’s certainly the place to be in the South West.

Located 254km south of Perth and part of the City of Busselton & Margaret River region, Dunsborough is the perfect place to base yourself for a holiday down south with arguably some of the best beaches in the whole Margaret River region within a 10 – 15 minute drive. Yallingup Beach, Smith’s Beach, Injidup, Meelup Beach, Eagle Bay & Bunker Bay to name a few. In every direction you’ll be spoilt for choice with wineries, restaurants and breweries along the way.

All of the locations featured below are very close by or within a short 10 – 15 minute drive from our accommodation at Blue Lagoon Dunsborough, except Busselton Jetty (25 mins away) and Boranup Forest (55 mins away).
