Book your beachside holiday accommodation in Dunsborough

How to book:

1. Enter your desired dates in the Booking Request Form below to view prices. Enter your details to submit your Booking Request. You will normally receive a response within 24 hours.

2. We will email you a Holiday Rental Agreement which includes full Terms and Conditions for the booking, along with details about how to pay.

3. Once payment has cleared, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email.

Minimum stays:

7 Nights – Christmas / New Year
5 Nights – January School Holidays
5 Nights – Easter School Holiday
3 Nights – Other Holidays / Long Weekends
2 Nights – Rest of year

These Terms and Conditions are for direct bookings made via this website only.

Payment Schedule

For bookings within the next 60 days – Full payment of the accommodation, cleaning fee and $500 Refundable Security Bond is required to secure your booking.

For bookings more than 60 days – 50% payment of the accommodation, cleaning fee and $500 Refundable Security Bond is required to secure your payment. Remaining 50% payment is due 30 days prior to scheduled Arrival Date.

Payment can be made by EFT Bank Transfer or via Credit/Debit card (processed by Stripe). Please make payment within 7 days.

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 people, including children. This is determined by the Certificate of Registration for the Property issued by the City of Busselton. No additional guests are allowed at the Property after 10pm.

Vehicles

A maximum of 2 vehicles allowed on the Property at any time. Guests must park in the designated parking bays in the garage. Visitors can park in the public car-park across the road however check local signage as restrictions may apply.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at the Property. Service-dogs / guide-dogs may be allowed upon request.

Check-in / Check-out times

Check-in time no earlier than 3pm on Arrival Date. Guest will receive a Check-In Information Email sent 7 days prior to Arrival. Check-out time no later than 10am on Departure Date.

Cancellations

Full Refund – if you cancel more than 30 days from your planned Arrival Date, or within 48 hours of making the booking.

Non-Refundable – if you cancel less than 30 days from Arrival Date. We will always try and resell your booking dates so that we can offer you a full refund, however if there is not enough notice we may not be able to do this.

Security Bond

AUD $500 Refundable Security Bond is required at time of booking. Providing there is no damage or excess cleaning requirements we will return the full amount of your Bond within 3 days of checkout via EFT Bank Transfer.

Cleaning / Linen

All bookings include a cleaning and linen hire fee of $350 in addition to the nightly tariff. This fee covers a standard clean only and it is expected that Guests leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.

Fresh linen is supplied to the house and paid for in full, this includes sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathroom mats, hand towels and tea towels.

Noise / Events / Parties

Strictly no parties, no events, no loud music or excessive noise allowed at the Property. Please respect the neighbours and limit noise after 10pm.

Smoking

Strictly no smoking at the Property.
